1.Application

Operation And Maintenance

1.Operaion of Rock mining drilling machine a).Antirust has been injected to the machines before them departed from the factory, take down the inner parts of the machine and clean them, then assemble the machine again.

When assembling the machine, the interface of all the parts should be coated with lubricating oil. After finishing the assembling the valve parts (consist of valve box, valve and valve bushing) must work smoothly and the two long screw nut must work well. Insert the end of the drill pole into the rotation chuck and turn the drill pole in one direction manually it must work smoothly, meanwhile, check each operation system whether in its normal state.

Let the machine run without load to check whether it working normally and the time should not exceed 5 minutes.

b) Clean the inner and the connection part before connecting the water hose and the air pipe in case of the machine damaged by some dirt.

c) Before running, make sure there is enough lubricating oil in the oil injector so that the machine can work smoothly.

After the work finished, close the water hose first let the machine run for a while to get rid of the water remain in the machine.
